Service and eligibility
peteryang operates ShopLocation AI as an individual or sole proprietor under United States. The service provides preliminary location screening in United States. Users must be legally able to enter a contract and provide accurate account and payment information.
Reports are screening aids—not legal, financial, real-estate, zoning, or investment advice. Users must independently verify rent, permits, zoning, access, traffic, site conditions, data accuracy, and business assumptions.
Accounts and acceptable use
Full reports, report credits, and paid checkout require an authenticated account. Users are responsible for account activity and must not bypass rate limits, manipulate device identifiers, create accounts to obtain duplicate free entitlements, scrape the service, or misuse provider content.
Payments and report credits
Paid products are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. One report credit generates and unlocks one complete report. Purchased credits do not expire, cannot be transferred between accounts, and have no cash value.
When a credit pack is purchased from a report, one credit is used immediately to generate and unlock that report. The checkout choice clearly identifies this immediate use before payment.
Payment and refund handling follows the Refund Policy. Taxes may be added where required.
Data and third-party services
Reports may incorporate public datasets, Google Maps Platform content, and AI-assisted analysis. Google place details are displayed with required attribution and are subject to Google's terms. Third-party availability and data may change without notice.
Warranty and liability limits
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination, changes, and governing law
We may suspend access for fraud, abuse, security risk, nonpayment, or material breach. Material terms changes will be posted with a revised effective date.
These terms are governed by United States, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply to a user.
