StoreScout AI provides preliminary location screening reports. Users are responsible for validating lease terms, permits, local regulations, site conditions, and business assumptions before making investment decisions.

Guests may use one free Census preview per device per day, and signed-in accounts may use up to three per day. Each eligible account and device may receive one lifetime free full report. Creating multiple accounts or manipulating device identifiers to obtain additional free reports is prohibited.
