Free previews use a deterministic demographic summary without an AI model call. Authorized full reports may use Evolink's Gemini API with gemini-2.5-flash. Structured location, demographic, scoring, and aggregate place signals are sent to the provider for generation.

AI output can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Prompts instruct the model not to invent facts, revenue, traffic, rent, zoning, or guarantees, but users must still compare narrative output with displayed source data and field observation.
