We collect account email and profile details, user-entered addresses and report choices, generated reports, payment and entitlement records, pseudonymous device identifiers, and limited request metadata used for security and rate limiting.

We use this information to authenticate users, create and deliver reports, process entitlements, prevent abuse, provide support, secure the service, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake. Address and demographic requests may be processed by the U.S. Census Bureau. Authorized reports may use Google Places, and structured report inputs may be processed by Evolink for Gemini-powered explanation. Asynchronous fulfillment may be delivered through Upstash QStash.

Use of Google Maps Platform content is subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms, and Google processes information under its Privacy Policy.

Report and account records follow the periods described in our Data Retention Policy. We use access controls, signed cookies, provider key restrictions, and data minimization, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Users in applicable jurisdictions may request access, correction, deletion, or export by emailing hello@shoplocationanalytics.com. We may verify the requester's identity before acting.
