Free previews use Census and Gemini 2.5 Flash-Lite without requesting Places. Authorized full reports add Google Places and Gemini 2.5 Flash when live providers are configured.

Address and Census geocoding

Configured deployments use the U.S. Census Geocoder to match U.S. addresses and locate the corresponding census tract.

Business listings

Authorized full reports use Google Places API (New) multi-category Nearby Search for competitors, supporting POIs, ratings, review counts, and up to five representative reviews per returned place.

Demographic datasets

Configured deployments use the U.S. Census Bureau 2024 ACS 5-Year Data Profile for population, household income, age, education, renter share, and commute signals.

AI-generated analysis

Evolink's Gemini Native API uses gemini-2.5-flash-lite for free Census previews and gemini-2.5-flash for authorized full reports. Production checkout stays unavailable unless the required live providers are configured.
