Data Retention Policy

Report and account data
User-entered addresses, report configuration, generated analysis, payment records, and usage records may be retained for up to 365 days to provide report history, customer support, fraud prevention, accounting, and dispute handling.
After a verified account deletion request, account-linked report content is scheduled for deletion within 30 days unless a longer period is required for payment, tax, fraud, security, or legal obligations.
Provider data minimization
Google place IDs may be retained as permitted identifiers. Business names, addresses, coordinates, ratings, review counts, prices, links, and review content returned by Google Places are not stored with the long-term report record; display and PDF generation retrieve applicable place details when needed.
Security and abuse-prevention records
Pseudonymous device identifiers, rate-limit counters, webhook receipts, and job logs are retained only as long as reasonably needed to prevent abuse, deliver paid reports, investigate failures, and protect the service.
Requests
Access, export, and deletion requests can be sent to hello@shoplocationanalytics.com. Backups may retain deleted data for a limited rotation period before automatic overwrite.
